Rex Black Diamond is a wax based, solvent-free, undiluted lube that delivers astonishing performances in both dry and wet conditions.

In tests conducted by Zero Friction Cycling (Australia) and Wheel Energy (Finland), Black Diamond was tested to be the longest lasting chain lube ever, and also one of the lowest friction chain lubricants.

Black Diamond particles are mixed into the lube in a ultrasonication process. In continuous metal-to-metal contact that occurs in drivetrain while riding, the particles form an ultra-thin and hard layer that minimizes friction and wear, and is also waterproof.

Clean the chain thoroughly. Rinse well with water and let dry completely. Shake the bottle well and begin applying lube 1 drop per roller while pedaling backward. Use fingers to smoothen out and work the lube into rollers while backpedaling at least 3-4 revolutions. Repeat applying 1 drop per roller, using the same method as above. Wipe off excess lube from the surface to avoid excess dirt build-up. Only the lubricant in the inside of the chain matters for lubrication, and excess lube on the outer surface will just attract contamination.
